When you advocate internally and your company enrolls in VizibliSkilled Enterprise (our team-wide training solution), you earn exclusive incentives such as free one-on-one career coaching sessions. It’s our way of rewarding you for bringing transformative skills training to your entire team.

  • Supervisor’s name & contact information
  • Your department & company details
  • Date & summary of your conversation or outreach

Referral Qualification Criteria

If your employer sponsors your participation in a CTDTEC training program, we’ll reward you with
  • Your referred company or department has not already engaged with VizibliSkilled Enterprise in the past 90 days.
  • Your referred leadership officially signs an agreement for the Enterprise program within 90 days from your original referral.
  • Your company enrolls at least 10 learners in VizibliSkilled Enterprise.
  • VizibliSkilled receives the first payment/invoice from your referred company.

How Referral Conflicts Are Handled

If multiple ambassadors from the same company or department refer their leadership, here’s how referrals will be handled fairly:
First Confirmed Referral:
  • The first referral form received by VizibliSkilled CRM is prioritized and receives the primary Ambassador incentive.
Additional Referrals:
  • If additional individuals from the same department refer the same company within 14 days of the first referral, those additional ambassadors receive a special secondary incentive, such as access to exclusive leadership resources or group coaching webinars.
